Yes. We build to current Building Regulations and work with building control so you receive the completion certificates you need.
Electrical work is tested and certified and gas work is carried out by appropriately registered engineers, with paperwork provided at the end of the job.
Absolutely. Alongside large builds we carry out plastering, painting, silicone sealing, carpentry, roof repairs and other smaller jobs.
We agree a clear payment schedule linked to project stages before work begins, so you only pay as the work progresses.
