- Who will handle Building Regulations? Your builder should work with building control throughout.
- How will I live during the work? Plan for a temporary kitchen if you are extending one.
- What finishes do I want? Decide early on glazing, flooring and lighting.
- Is the quote itemised? A clear, itemised quote protects you from hidden extras.
